Today Edee and I made Rice Krispy Treats. She's had them before but today was the first time she helped me make them. She loved counting the marshmallows and mixing everything together.
I'm pretty sure that her favorite part was taste testing!
Our little Eden Bay turned 18 months yesterday. We can't believe she is already so big! We celebrated her half birthday with streamers and donuts.
Eden is changing and growing so much every day.
Dear Eden,
You are officially a year and half old. You are Miss Independent! You want to do everything by yourself right now (something I know isn't going to go away). You love music, dancing, and singing more than anything else (well maybe not as much as food). You are starting to talk a little more. Right now your favorite words are: up, out, baby, agua, Lilly, Mama, this, and no. You've been really wanting to use the potty. You have been pretty good at going on the big potty when you wake up from your naps, when you get up in the morning, and before you go to bed. You have such a tender heart. Summertime is hear and you love popsicles, going on walks in your bare feet, and playing in the water. Thank you for being such an amazing, funny, sweet little girl!
Love, Mom, Dad, & Lilly
Eden's half birthday just happened to fall on National Donut Day!
We thought we would take advantage of the free donuts and introduce Eden to her first Krispy Kreme.
Needless to say she LOVED it!
No we didn't let her eat the entire donut. I think she would have been sick.
The week before Easter Bryndy came for a visit during her Spring Break from teaching.
We had so much fun having her here with us!
Eden LOVES her Aunt Bryndy!
(Lots of pics to follow)
One of our adventures was walking around Stow Lake.
We fed the ducks and watched all the squirrels eating their peanuts.
Stow Lake has this beautiful waterfall and pond that we hadn't seen before.
This was another cool spot we hadn't been to before.
Our next adventure was visiting California Academy of Sciences.
We stopped by the water fountain to make some wishes with our pennies.
We made a stop at Koret Childern's Quarter in Golden Gate Park.
We went over to the mall and had so much fun watching little E shop. She LOVED all of the purses and was a really good girl when I asked her to put them away. No tantrums! She just put them back and waved bye bye.
Brady got out of school early on Thursday and was off Friday so we took advantage of having him home. Here we are at Coit Tower.
We even went to the top to see the beautiful view!

My little love!
Brady and Bryndy went over to the Oakland Temple to see the Lamb of God Easter performance.
Cute brother and sister shot!
Aunt Bryndy was here for our annual Easter egg hunt by our house.
